<p>I'm not an expert on Egypt or the current uprising. I'm just an ordinary person inspired by the Egyptian people. I decided to create this crowdmap for other ordinary people to express their solidarity.</p> <p>Messages and events that appear on the map are "crowdsourced" meaning that most of the info is posted directly by users and then uploaded onto the map. (info does not appear immediately) <strong>The more people that participate, the better the map!</strong> More messages = a more powerful display of global support.</p> <p>Please share your thoughts, info on events, or a simple "Yalla Egypt" by clicking on "Submit a Report". You can also tweet using #yallaegypt but remember to include your city + country.
